Sustainably grown in South Texas and perfect for shorter cooks like fish, ribs, and poultry, Texas Pecan wood may be in the Hickory family, but it has a milder taste than Hickory Wood and is less prone to pass on bitter notes. It is known for its sweet and slightly nutty flavor.

Options include The 2x4 (12 cubic feet), 4x4 (24 cubic feet), 8x4 (45 cubic feet), and 16x4 (90 cubic feet).

Pricing includes full service delivery and stacking within 12 miles of our Heights, Houston warehouse and 10 miles of our South Lamar, Austin Warehouse.
